also known as Mark T. Lee, Mark Lee
A fourth generation Worcester native, Mark Twombly Lee graduated from St. John's High School, '84, earned his Bachelor's degree from Stonehill College, '88 and his Juris Doctor degree evenings from New England School of Law in 1995. Today his offices are in Oxford, Massachusetts at 221 Main Street right off of Exit 4B on Interstate 395 South where he skillfully represents individuals, families and businesses. Attorney Lee's regular presence in the Worcester Courts and familiarity with the court and the bar eases his clients' way through an often confusing process, saving them time, money and wasted effort.

Attorney Lee and his team handled my divorce
Attorney Mark Lee and his colleague Attorney Ross Pytko handled my divorce. They were honest and hardworking and reasonably priced for these type of services.

Spread too thin
He seemed to have too many cases going on at the same time. When in court there were numerous times he was in another court room when our case was called. He never seemed to fully understand what was going on with my case and dropped the ball many times.
While I will not deny that Pre-Pandemic, when in person hearings were occurring without any regulation in court, that I could have multiple cases going on at the same time for multiple clients, however, I am prepared for every case I appear in court on. I question who is posting this review as it was posted on February 23, 2022 and COVID policies regarding the staggering of in person cases has been in effect for two years. For the last two years it is impossible for me to have had "numerous times" with any client where I had multiple "in person" cases in the courthouse where I could have been in another court room - and I have no idea who is posting this as I don't currently have any client's where I have "dropped the ball" on them many times and remained their lawyer. If the author of this review is a current client, I encourage them to reach out to me directly so that if anything needs to be corrected with their case and it can addressed promptly.

Not Reccommended
I was told by Mark that he would enter evidence, set goals in accordance with my wishes. He did not. As a result I am very dissatisfied. He did not act in a zealous defense of his client. This is the first rule of responsible, proper counsel.
The client in this case was seeking to modify an alimony order: the issue of his ability or inability to work was central to the case. He refused to produce to medical evidence as to his disability; we could not compel him and in all other respects did our best to pursue his goals.

doesn't do job
Mark Lee was assigned as my "parent coordinator". He didn't do his job, bottom line. If you are assigned Mark Lee as a parent coordinator, find another. Don't waste your time and money.
First, we have not accepted a parenting coordinator assignment in five years - so whoever posted this is suspect; Secondly, All parenting coordinator assignments accepted by this office are subject to a contract between the parents which requires them to initiate contact with this office for the mediation of issues and or a binding decision on the issue in contention. No parties under contract with this office are ignored. This "review" is from someone who is either aggrieved by a decision we made or couldn't bother contacting us when they needed services.

Unprofessional
Mark Lee was assigned as my "parent coordinator". He regularly missed planned visits and was unresponsive to inquiries. His bottom line was financially related only. Despite being a man and his so-called report; I won custody in spite of him. An extremely arrogant and unprofessional attorney.
"Attorney Lee was a great adversary on a recent child custody case I handled. I would gladly work with him on future matters."
"I highly recommend Mark Lee. Mark is an extremely compassionate and caring professional. I have known him for years and have observed him as a fellow lawyer in the Probate and Family Court. You will be well served by hiring Mark as your lawyer."
