Nicole Reeves Lavallee

With over 20 years of experience practicing law in Worcester County, Attorney Nicole Reeves Lavallee has built a strong foundation in various areas of law. Prior to founding Reeves Lavallee PC, she held a partnership at Reeves, Huntoon & Montminy, P.C., and gained experience as a general practitioner at a small Worcester law firm. Her areas of expertise include domestic relations, probate, estate planning, civil litigation, collections, real estate transfers, landlord/tenant disputes, social security applications, and bankruptcies. This wide-ranging experience equips her with the skills needed to litigate any retained case.

Focusing primarily on domestic relations, probate, and real estate, Attorney Lavallee is passionate about her work in family law, which encompasses mediation, adoption, custody disputes, paternity actions, divorce, drafting, and probating estates. She is dedicated to offering realistic outcomes for her clients and has completed courses on the dissolution of same-sex marriages. Additionally, she has experience working with physically impaired clients, most notably the deaf.

Attorney Lavallee received her law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover, specializing in Family Law. During her studies, she also served as a group editor for the law review.
