I have worked with Attorney Nicole Reeves Lavallee and more recently with Attorney Demian Tebaldi and had an excellent experience each time I have engaged the firm. Attorney Lavallee handled my divorce in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and Attorney Tebaldi prepared a complete estate plan fo...r me and my current spouse. I highly recommend the services of this firm.

I reached out to Reeves Lavallee work with Atty Lavalle. I was assigned a junior associate. My case was probably deemed a loser (not profitable) and thus given to a junior associate whom I did not know and wasn't a part of any of the research I had done about lawyers in Worcester, MA before reaching ...out to this firm. The attorney assigned to me didn't make the one core argument in my family law case that my circumstance depended upon. But, they were able to skillfully invoice just about up to the same amount of the retainer before I realized the game and decided to pull the plug. In our hearing -a zoom call- the attorneys (including Atty. Lavalle) couldn't even get their own video conferencing equipment in their own conference room to work properly. $3,000 of the easiest dollars they ever made. The paralegal was fine. I don't know who in that firm decided to use Tammy Wynette's famous song: "D-I-V-O-R-C-E" as their telephone hold music.... I think it's worth a re-think.

The one statement that made me choose the Reeves Lavallee lawfirm was a phrase in their website where they defend men's rights. Of course, they represent both genders, but it is my opinion that men carry a bigger weight since we are the ones who do not always inititate the divorce. So, this phrase ...meant a lot to me because it was necessary for this lawfirm to show that we both will be equally represented regardless of who started the divorce. Every divorce is complex and we all have huge stories to convey about what and why the marriage took a wrong turn, and it was often my concern that there was too much to remember. If they can't remember the intricacies of the marriage, then this is a risk. My attorney, Mr. Demian Tebaldi and our paralegal Mr. Shawn Ilinitch, were supportive every step of the way. They sorted out the complex story, separated what is needed from what isn't, and in the end delivered an outcome I was happy with. A divorce can be quite emotional, but Mr. Tebaldi exercised the proper level of control to remind me that what is important, and most especially the goal, has not been forgotten or dismissed. This reinforced my beliefs in this lawfirm's capabilities and I would recommend them if anyone were to ask.

Nicole has been my lawyer for 7 plus years now, from a divorce to a real estate transaction. I trust her, feel confident in her knowledge as a lawyer. She's personable, cares to listen, and explains the process in depth. She truly is the best of the best lawyer. I trust her and will continue to trust... her with all my needs. I'm in Florida and had gone through a terrible a divorce in Massachusetts. 11 years on I'm still dealing with my very tempestuous Ex who hauls me back to court every time she feels like. I had been to court (in Massachusetts) so many times that it had become quite expensive to fly back and forth and... also pay attorney fees. So I opted to represent myself for a while. However, after a recent hearing things began going sideways and I decided to start looking for an attorney once again. Of all the 5 or 6 attorneys I called, Nicole is the only one who actually took the time to speak to me on the spot. I was a little nervous due to what just transpired in court and anyone else would have taken advantage and made it worse just to sign up a new client. Nicole Did Not! She took her (valuable) time to explain everything in detail and also lay out some scenarios. At the end of the call I was much calmer and understood everything. To think that she did that on a phone call, that 1. she didn't have to take and 2. wasn't getting paid for 3. Didn't judge or talk down Is the exact reason I'll be hiring her as my attorney - and so should you! we go through life hoping we don't need an attorney but if you ever I would definitely recommend Nicole.
