Nicole Reeves Lavallee

I reached out to Reeves Lavallee work with Atty Lavalle. I was assigned a junior associate. My case was probably deemed a loser (not profitable) and thus given to a junior associate whom I did not know and wasn't a part of any of the research I had done about lawyers in Worcester, MA before reaching ...out to this firm. The attorney assigned to me didn't make the one core argument in my family law case that my circumstance depended upon. But, they were able to skillfully invoice just about up to the same amount of the retainer before I realized the game and decided to pull the plug. In our hearing -a zoom call- the attorneys (including Atty. Lavalle) couldn't even get their own video conferencing equipment in their own conference room to work properly. $3,000 of the easiest dollars they ever made. The paralegal was fine. I don't know who in that firm decided to use Tammy Wynette's famous song: "D-I-V-O-R-C-E" as their telephone hold music.... I think it's worth a re-think.

Nicole has handled many different issues for us. The last was a real estate transaction where the buyers attorney was dragging their feet. She pushed them along (as well as us!) for a speedy conclusion. She also did some legwork that should have been done by a different attorney, at no extra cost. Sh...e is very thorough and her advice should be heeded. She handled a family court issue for a relative that I referred to her. It was very emotional for my relative and she was proactive and was able to provide the right guidance and attended the court hearing with a wonderfully positive outcome. Through the whole ordeal, she never once even hinted to me that she was even representing my relative. All her cases are confidential as they should be and she is very discreet. Nicole is the one lawyer I trust and seek her out for advice on any legal issues.
