Real Estate - Breach of Contract
A lawyer friend of mine referred me to Joe Agnelli for help with a real estate breach of contract situation. From the first meeting, I knew we had made a good decision. Joe was very thorough, in every manner, right from the start. Based on the information we provided Joe, he provided us with a background of what the law says about our situation, then provided an idea of potential possible outcomes. He made sure that we understood everything that was involved. He then developed a plan of execution, based on our discussions, and was able to bring about resolution in a matter of days. Joe negotiated a settlement above what we decided our target number was. Should I ever require the services of a lawyer in the future, Joe will be who I call. Thanks again, Joe!

Great lawyer, great guy
We hired Joe to help us with a consumer protection complaint. Although I'm a lawyer, I live in a different state and do not have much experience with these kinds of cases. Being a lawyer though, I know the good ones from the bad ones and Joe was great. Joe was very prompt and consistent with his communications. He worked very hard to sort through all the of the facts and wrote a strong demand letter that ultimately settled the case. He kept us in the loop throughout and kept the case on track. He was also fair and reasonable with his fee. I strongly recommend him for any kind of case that he handles because he is diligent, intelligent, and courteous, which are the qualities you want a lawyer.

Professional and Thorough
Attorney Joe Agnelli handled a critical probate matter for the family and the entire matter was handled within a month. Joe returned phone calls and kept us informed every step of the way.
