One would rightfully expect both Respect and Professionalism from an Attorney when your Financial Firm and Firm that was partnered with this law office recommends Kristine Romano's practice and sends an you as an elderly couple as a Recommended and Referral Customer. This, However was far from the c...ase and what we experienced. More than 6-Phone calls to Romano's Practice were logged and requesting answers and a brief call back from her. But those Requests were all ignored, disregarded and unanswered? Is this the way anyone would expect to be treated as referral clients and further more as Seniors? Also concerning and ethically questionable is even though they advertise a 'Free Consultation' yet Ms Romano Requires an Up From Fee and payment before a meeting is even scheduled?? Though at a minimum, this rings of many bad acts and violations I may not be able to list here, Beware before Using this firm. Firms Should Honor what they advertise and be of Service to Seniors
