We hired Attorney Jane Eden. With a personal touch and all the knowledge you could ever need, Jane worked at getting the case reviewed, resolved, and finalized with a professional and friendly manor. I hired Attorney Jane Eden after the lawyer I had representing me at that time was retiring and referred me to her. I was suffering from a horrible back injury that I suffered at work. So, I did my homework and found out that Attorney Eden was not only qualified to represent me, I was, in fact, extre...mely lucky to have found her. Each of her qualifications were remarkable! I soon found that many of the standards and guidelines which are followed by Massachusetts Law, Attorney Eden was on most of the committees that actually wrote those guidelines!!! I was completely in awe and KNEW that I was in the best hands possible. Once I signed on with Attorney Eden, we sat down for an initial consultation, she thoroughly explained the entire process to me, answered questions that I had and then she created my profile. Then, she and her team went to work. (and work they did!) Within a very short time, I was receiving weekly WC checks to help me with living expenses, bills, etc... I cannot begin to tell you how easy Attorney Eden made this process seem. I would ask her, "Attorney Eden, is there anything that I can do to assist you?" Her standard reply was always, "Your job is rest and most importantly...recovery!" Many of you reading this already know that insurance companies are notorious for not wanting to pay out claims or approve anything. Well, with Jane in my corner I am happy to report that each of my claims has met with complete success. That's not to say it wasn't a battle. We encountered many of those, but ultimately Jane represented my interests successfully at each and every turn. I quite simply cannot say enough great things about Attorney Eden...
