I fell on my knee at work and tore my meniscus. Days later, I fell again at home after knee gave out and received a back injury. Workman's Comp told me they are only reliable for knee injury, that there is no way they are covering my back injury from the fall at home. My case was very complicated due... to multiple injuries received at work and home. Jane came highly recommended. Jane took charge with such ease and was able to connect my injuries to my WC case. She treated me with such respect and dignity and compassion. As the most kind hearted person she is, she is absolutely relentless. She is well respected in the court. She will fight for everything you deserve and then some. A little under 2 years and having a complicated case and with Jane's skills and talent that comes naturally to her, we settled for such a very generous and substantial amount. **I started to apply for disability during this WC case. With my crazy state of mind I was in, I tried throwing in the towel on this case too. After seeing Jane in action with my WC case and her having the power to touch anything and turns to gold, I'm back to applying. I am now so calm because I have so much confidence that Jane got this too.
