Nicole Duca Sullivan

In 2016, I had a fall from a ladder in shop class at school while putting wood away on a high shelf. I was a Special Education Teacher and sustained a bad injury to my c-spine and hips requiring 3 discs to be fused with rods and screws installed and both hips replaced over 4 years. I was knocked out ...in the fall and sustained a concussion also. Nicole Sullivan and Jacqueline Hartley took my workers comp case and represented me from then until 2023 when I was finally awarded Accidental Disability Retirement. The process was very long and arduous but Nicole and Jacque made sure I was taken care of all of those long years. My bills were always paid and medical procedures covered in their entirety! After my injury, I hired Nicole Sullivan as my attorney to navigate for my well-being through legal system. At first she was very pleasant when there was little to do but became argumentative and petty when I didn't always agree with her decisions and felt they were not in my best interest but hers. ...She was never available for meetings with my retirement board and would send inexperienced associates with me. She would arrange appointments for me and when I arrived they had no information. She transferred my case to an associate without my knowledge or consent and when that associate left the practice didn't bother to notify clients. She has poor communication skills with clients and is consistently changing or cancelling appointments at the last minute. It became necessary for me to change law firms in the middle of my journey as I found myself unable to trust her judgement and handle my case.
