Nicole Duca Sullivan

In 2016, I had a fall from a ladder in shop class at school while putting wood away on a high shelf. I was a Special Education Teacher and sustained a bad injury to my c-spine and hips requiring 3 discs to be fused with rods and screws installed and both hips replaced over 4 years. I was knocked out ...in the fall and sustained a concussion also. Nicole Sullivan and Jacqueline Hartley took my workers comp case and represented me from then until 2023 when I was finally awarded Accidental Disability Retirement. The process was very long and arduous but Nicole and Jacque made sure I was taken care of all of those long years. My bills were always paid and medical procedures covered in their entirety!
