After my injury, I hired Nicole Sullivan as my attorney to navigate for my well-being through legal system. At first she was very pleasant when there was little to do but became argumentative and petty when I didn't always agree with her decisions and felt they were not in my best interest but hers. ...She was never available for meetings with my retirement board and would send inexperienced associates with me. She would arrange appointments for me and when I arrived they had no information. She transferred my case to an associate without my knowledge or consent and when that associate left the practice didn't bother to notify clients. She has poor communication skills with clients and is consistently changing or cancelling appointments at the last minute.
