Outstanding experience! My situation was pretty minor compared to others (holding my phone in the car, though multiple times over time does add up), but it still could’ve gotten complicated. My previous attorney was wicked sloppy: typos, wrong hearing times, etc., and it could’ve caused real issue...s if I hadn’t double-checked things. When I needed help again, a friend told me Attorney Gilman was “the absolute best”… and he was right. From the intake form to the text reminders to just how nice everyone was, everything felt easy and well-run. He even took the time to call me and explain something in a straightforward, non-condescending way when it wasn’t clicking over email, which I really appreciated. I hired Matt Gilman to handle an RMV matter. Our initial conversations were good, and I paid him. Well. Then I waited. And Waited. And waited. For a return phone call about my case. When we finally spoke, he treated me like a criminal. Spoke down to me. Very condescending. I would avoid hiring Matt G...ilman at all costs.
