I practice in the field of Real Estate, Lending and Business Law.
This is a very broad field of law as it involves me in probate matters, bankruptcy, tax, zoning, development, landlort/tenant issues, mortgage lending, foreclosures, business planning and even criminal law from time to time.
I like to deal with complex title issues, property disputes and the resolution of title defects. I often serve as an expert witness in real estate litigation matters.
I also work closely with real estate focused business clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of real estate througout New England and New York. I am an approved attorney for Fannie Mae mortgage default services.
