Complex Real Estate Resolution

Mr. Mariolis is very knowledgeable of real estate State laws. He was instrumental in assisting us with settlement of a complex real estate situation that involved easement rights. He conducted comprehensive research into our real estate issue and provided valuable counsel on options to bring the mat...ter to resolution. He provided timely updates and promptly returned our calls. He was flexible with his schedule to meet with us when needed. His personable approach, candor and persistence was appreciated. We are very pleased with the service and legal counsel Mr. Mariolis provided. We strongly feel that the successful closure of our issue was attributed to his knowledge, expertise and candid counsel he provided. We would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

Long distance house sale

Chuck Mariolis facilitated the sale of my parent's house, after they had moved out of state. He expertly and smoothly handled the entire process, answering ever question like a seasoned professional. Previously, another lawyer took months to respond and solve a title problem with the house, and offer...ed very little status information. Once Chuck got involved, he responded with very useful information and a solution within 2 days. I highly recommend him!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
