I am dedicated to giving my clients personalized attention and service. If I am representing you, you will always be able to talk to me and not be passed along to a secretary or paralegal. I have worked on both sides of disputes, defense and plaintiff. I prefer being a solo practitioner because it lets me get to know my clients. I return telephone calls usually within 24 hours or less; I send my clients copies of all important correspondence and documents; and I make sure that my clients understand the status of their case and what I am doing to achieve a successful outcome. My law practice is solely for the benefit of plaintiffs, claimants or injured persons. For example, I represent people hurt by a physician's or attorney's negligence, denied benefits by an insurance company or wrongfully terminated from their job. I have a proven record of success on behalf of clients, from overturning denials of disability benefits to negotiating seven figure monetary settlements.
