Ethical lawyer
I consulted on a case because I am so aghast at what happened to my family. Lance spent some time reviewing my details, with no consultation fee, and explained to me why even though I could be 100% right, it would be a lost cause. He was sympathetic but knew it wouldn’t work.

Replied last September 08, 2016"You can't save them all, Hasselhoff!" Originally client posted five stars.. client revisted review after she did not get what she wanted. Client filed a complaint with MA BBO, but I was absolved of any allegations of professional misconduct. As to the specific allegations itself, 1) the "confidential information" was the complaints she had about her apartment. She hired me specifically to represent her regarding the complaints she had about her apartment. If I wasn't to tell the other side (i.e. there are still problems with the apartment opposing counsel...), I don't know what I was hired to do. 2 The derogatory defamatory information? "Had I known then what I know now, I may not have taken the case on." Did not state any concerns with my clients case at all. She was offended by this.
