I hired Katherine to help me with a dispute with my ex-wife. She seemed really enthusiastic during our consultation but didn’t seem to fight my side very well at all, and encouraged me to take a position that the judge didn’t like. At one point an email was sent to me by accident where her an another... person who I did not know made jokes about why I may not want to produce my bank statements. To make matters worse I paid her the retainer of a couple thousand dollars, then over a YEAR after the case is over I receive a bill for around $500! I wish I could send bills to people randomly years after I worked for them and demand payment. This experience has been exhausting!

I went to Katherine with a divorce draft already written that need some changes made. Her communication was so bad that I started taking notes on how long it took her to respond to my emails and phone calls. The average was about two weeks. She changed an appointment time with me only a few hours bef...ore the scheduled time due to a personal issue and when I arrived she told me it was a hair appointment. After 8 months I was frustrated and feeling like I was fighting my own lawyer. She finally wrote a draft and it was so bad I could even show it to my ex. The other lawyers I took it to said it was a joke and no judge would accept it. I warn anyone looking for a divorce lawyer never never hire Katherine! She took advantage of me and did a terrible job! Took my whole retainer just to edit a draft document. She is an embarrassment to her profession.
