Mr. Roach provided us with clear and frank answers to our questions and helped us to have realistic expectations for our case. Demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject matter, process, and requirements to successfully navigate the Immigration and Naturalization system. Case was handled with professionalism and with minimal adjustments to anticipated billable hours, fees, misc. costs. We knew up front what our financial liability was, had a good estimate on the time-frames involved, clearly understood each step and requirement. After consulting with several attorney's Mr. Roach was clearly the most capable, have recommended him on several occasions and will continue to do so.

I had a very complex casedating back to 1976 when I came to this country as a child. Tom took the time to do the research and get answers to all the questions we had. Tom was able to supply the needed documentation and get my permanent residency and ultimately my US Citizenship. I am very thankful and would highly reccomend Tom!

Tom and everyone in his office, including his son, who is also a lawyer in his firm, and his legal assistants were very helpful in every step of the way towards my getting my permanent residence status. I initially began with a different immigration lawyer, who actually did everything right, but I immediately noticed a difference when I transferred to Tom and his team. First of all, Tom and his team did everything in a very timely and efficient manner. They did a great job organizing our documents. No time was wasted in getting my paperwork filed. I was updated with e-mails and letters consistently. All our questions were answered in a very satisfactory manner in simple terms that we could understand. His legal assistants, Precilla and Rachel, were very helpful and treated us like good friends, not just clients. My husband and I were a little worried at first because the federal law extending immigration benefits to same-sex couples was still very new, but we felt very confident every step of the way. On my green card interview day, we were very confident and prepared, especially because Tom accompanied us. Even the front desk staff was great! We recommend Thomas Roach and his firm highly!!!

I went with Tom Roach and his team a long journey from R-1 application to a Green Card. It was initial R-1 application, than extension (with additional request for evidence), than it was I-360 (change of status) application (again request for evidence), than Green Card application I-485. Every time I knew that Tom Roach and his team are doing the best job. I could see how professional they are and how they pay attention to every detail.
My Green Card application was a little problematic, because my son is handicapped and it is probability that he can become a "public charge". Unfortunately in our case it became an issue since we were immigrating through employment. But again Tom and his associates knew what to do. And my application was approved.
I also appreciate that Tom allowed me to make monthly payments so it wouldn't be a burden for our family budget. It was a great experience and great lawyer who provides great service in every aspect.

When you look for an immigration attorney you hope you'll find one that makes you feel comfortable, knows their business and tells it to you straight and honestly. You also look for the same qualities in the staff. That's exactly what we got with Tom and Maria. The process was explained clearly, costs were known, pitfalls were identified and the timeline for each phase was realistically portrayed. Our case is done and sooner than expected and we are thankful. While we got some Lucky breaks we think, we don't think they would have happened if the paperwork prepared by Tom and Maria had not been picture perfect. Working with Tom and Maria was à great experience and we highly recommend him.

Tom and his team got the result for me, that's a fact. He spent a lot of time helping me and researching my tricky case. I know he cares about his impressive record of victories. I would definitely recommend Tom if your Green Card application is a simple process and you need to make sure all the paperwork is in order.

Tom Roach and his team are very knowledgeable with immigration laws. They helped me move through F1-OPT status to H1B. Then, when I got married to an American citizen, they helped me with my Grreencard process. Both times I hired Tom Roach were successes. Tom and his team are very helpful. They answered any questions and concerns I had and patiently clarified anything that I didn't understand. They also had solutions to help me out with when there were some glitches on my life plans (i.e. my work permit's end date coming up prior to my planned wedding date, moving to another state in the midst of obtaining my Greencard, etc.). His office kept us up to speed with appointments, deadlines, and what documents to prepare or bring to the appointments. If I need help with other immigration issues in the future, I will hire Tom again, even if I am in another state. He knows his stuff and is very reliable.

Tom Roach and his staff handled our case through all stages of the process since 2003 until it's completion last June, when we achieved our goal of becoming US citizens.
We always felt reassured by the level of professionalism shown at every step; and appreciated the personalized attention we received, shown in the fact we only dealt with Mr. Roach and/or his assistant Ms. Andaya throughout.
We are deeply grateful for his work on our behalf, and willingness to walk that extra mile into solving specific needs raised by our case, and would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Roach's services to anyone needing legal representation on immigration issues.

Having been informed by friends and random contacts that hiring a lawyer would be beneficial for the immigration process, I proceeded to hire Tom Roach despite some skepticism about needing a lawyer for completion of the immigration process. As a Canadian student in America on a student visa I happened to find a woman that I wanted to marry and proceeded to do so. While I thought the process of becoming a permanent resident would be fairly straightforward, some unusual complications from my past muddled the already murky waters of immigration.
I hired Tom based upon his extensive immigration experience, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service he provided. I appreciated the accessibility of Tom. He answered my calls, or returned them in a timely manner, and I was always treated professionally. Tom excels in his attention to detail, and serving in this field of practice for many years has equipped him with the ability to handle any situation, even if it involves unusual matters. Tom dealt with me in a straightforward and honest manner in all aspects of the process.
Not only is Tom Roach the consummate professional, but he is also a great guy. I will always recommend him.

At our first meeting, Mr. Roach saw that Mayra is an intelligent young lady of outstanding character and a bright future. He was patient, answering all our questions and concerns regarding Mayra's immigration situation. He and his staff help Mayra to organize her case files to prepare for the possibility for Dream Act one day. She works full time and attends college full time, which is stressful enough, but with her immigration status hanging over her head, she was beginning to feel as if all her hard work would be for nothing. After spending a couple of afternoons with Mr. Roach, she felt optimistic about her future.
When the Deferred Action status became available this summer, Mr. Roach did an excellent job of preparing Mayra. As soon as it was announced that young people could apply for Deferred Action status, we made an appointment to see Mr. Roach. At that time, there was no information available as to what was needed, but because Mr. Roach possesses a wealth of knowledge in immigration matters, he had Mayra prepared and waiting for the application forms to become available.
Mayra applied for Deferred Action status and soon after that she received her work permit in the mail. Mayra was very nervous about going down to the Social Security office to apply for her social security card. She was afraid there would be a problem. Much to our surprise, the process went extremely well. Mayra was very well prepared, thanks to Mr. Roach, with all the needed documentation and in a matter of 10 minutes; Mayra's application for her social security card was finished.
Mayra now has her work permit and will be receiving her social security card within the next few weeks. With Mr. Roach's help and guidance, Mayra is on her way to fulfilling her own American dream. We cannot thank you enough for all you did for this very special young lady.
Thank you, Mr. Roach!
