Replied last October 11, 2017I always welcome reviews and feedback. I am concerned that this review may have been submitted because I expressed that I did not want to handle your case. I am sorry that you feel this way but I would like to add to your comments so potential clients have additional information upon which to form an opinion. You emailed our office at 2:45 PM yesterday and wanted to know "the next possible steps" regarding a speeding infraction. I responded immediately, as I often do, but from my vehicle at 2:57 PM. I indicated that you could call me, which you IMMEDIATELY did, and we discussed the pros and cons at some length. I do like for people to be well-informed about what I might be able to do for them, but also what they might be able to do themselves, so they don't have to incur the expense of hiring an attorney. Your inquiry was handled no differently. A phone consultation is customary and appropriate when clients do not live in the same geographical area, like in this situation, and since I was driving in my car at the time I indicated that I had not yet read the report that you had attached to your email approximately 15 minutes earlier. Most importantly, to reiterate, no attorney can guarantee a result and can only zealously try to accomplish the best result for their client. My goal always!
