About Me

Brian has successfully represented hundreds of clients, from cases ranging from possession of marijuana, to domestic violence, to DUI, to Felony Assault, and everything in between. He strives to provide open lines of communication and works hard to ensure you receive the best result possible whether through pretrial negotiations and motions, or at trial. A strong trial lawyer, he has achieved “not guilty” verdicts in cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to very serious felonies.

Brian graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude) from Seattle University Law where he was a member of Law Review and winner of multiple awards, managing to graduate a semester early. Upon graduation, he opened his law office in Marysville, Washington and was quickly able to build a successful practice based on strong results and reputation within the legal community as a zealous advocate for his clients.

Brian is an active member in the Washington State Bar Association, Snohomish County Bar Association, King County Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Washington State Association for Justice

Brian also keeps himself updated with current trends in law and science related to criminal defense by constant research, experimentation and attending conferences both in Washington and the rest of the United States.
