DUI & DWI, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury
The "discipline" stated on this review was a complaint from a competitor because my office paid traffic ticket fines if we didn't get your ticket dismissed. Not one of the 1000+ clients we have served made the complaint- another lawyer did.You can see the "discipline" at http://www.mywsba.org/default.aspx?tabid=180&dID=1540 . Please check out what our clients say about us here and on our Testimonals page before using this skewed "rating" in making your final decision in hiring a lawyer.
Contingent (30-40%), Fixed (Always), Free Consultation (60 minutes), Pro Bono (5%)

I had the privilege of working with Ms. Hunt while I was a Snohomish County Deputy Prosecutor. As a defense attorney, she was always well prepared with good issues, pleasant to work with, diligent in her defense, and achieved many favorable results for her clients. I endorse this lawyer.
Brian Sullivan DUI & DWI Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This is the most serious penalty for a lawyer. If this attorney is currently practicing law, you should contact the the Washington State Bar to understand the reasons for this disbarment.
An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
Heidi’s comment: “The "discipline" was a complaint from a competitor because my office paid traffic ticket fines if we didn't get your ticket dismissed. Not one of the 1000+ clients we have served made the complaint- another lawyer did. The final finding was that it is a conflict of interest if my office pays your fine if we don't get your ticket dismissed. (I am unsure how as it is BOTH of our goal to get the ticket dismissed so no one pays). Please check our web site for more information.”
