The "discipline" was a complaint from a competitor because my office paid traffic ticket fines if we didn't get your ticket dismissed. Not one of the 1000+ clients we have served made the complaint- another lawyer did. The final finding was that it is a conflict of interest if my office pays your fine if we don't get your ticket dismissed. (I am unsure how as it is BOTH of our goal to get the ticket dismissed so no one pays). Please check our web site for more information. less
