A straightforward attorney who answered all my questions fully, understood my issues without elaborate explanation, and produced a case that satisfied the court and my needs.

I would highly recommend Ms. Sullivan for her knowlege, efficiency and approach. She helped us through a challenging time and provided answers where others could not. Throughout the proceedings I lived overseas, unable to return to the US for paperwork or hearings. Ms. Sullivan found ways to work within my constraints and resolve the case virtually and effectively.

It was a bad time. I had extensive medical bills and faced losing everything. Sheila calmly and knowledgeably guided me through the process and found a solution that saved my house. I would highly recommend her.

Sheila is a very down-to-earth lawyer that can speak to our level and educate us on our options and what the consequences of chosing an option are. In the fall of 2004 my life was topsy turvy I was returning to Seattle with a sense of defeat in more ways then financial. I found Sheila in the Gay Guild (she's an openly hetersexual that is Lesbian/Gay friendly)and started the painful and tedious work of sorting out my finances and legal/moral obligations. I had had a magor accident in 2002 while riding a horse without medical insurance, followed by many losses. My anguish was vast and my resources limited. Sheila counselled me thouroughly..never assuming anything, never judging. We tried other tacks before proceeding to bankrupcy. Her knowledge a constant,her compassion and humor vast.

After going thru a horrible gay divorce although gay marriage isn't allowed in Washington, Sheila helped me with bankruptcy and helped me thru the fight my ex presented to the bankruptcy courts in hopes to have the bankrupcy thrown out of court. Sheila stood beside me, was there for me and helped me get thru this horrible experience.

Not only did Sheila help me thru the bankruptcy, she also helped me with my ex at State of Washington court level.

I would never have survived this ordeal if Sheila wasn't there with me. She definately was watching my back and facing my problem as she owned it to help me survive.

Sheila made all of the details easy for us to follow through and complete for our wills and the changing of the wills. We have consulted her on estate planning in regards to our business passing to Ron's son/my stepson. We want the transition smooth and "easy" with as few dollars as possible going to inheritance taxes. She helped direct us with Trusts as well as separate executors for Ron and me.

We've also sought Sheila's advice on HOA issues when Ron was on the board--which issues to address and which to leave alone on a volunteer board. Sheila has always returned our calls within the same day and usually had answers for us within 24 hours.

Ron and I cannot speak highly enough Sheila and the work she has done for us.

Best lawyer I have ever had.
