Jeffrey Foster treated me with respect and openly shared his knowledge about the process, my options, potential pitfalls, strategies and other details in a way that made me feel I was in good hands... prior to being an actual, paying client. After I signed on, his professionalism never waned and he and/or his staff guided me through the filing process, court procedures and other intricacies in a manner that made me feel like I was a valued client.

I have used Jeff on a few occasions dealing with a conflict of debt. Both times Jeff has helped me out more than your average lawyer. I received calls and emails at all hours of the day/night weekday/weekend and never rested until progress was being made. He always kept me updated on the particular case and kept his office as open and transparent as anyone I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Jeff to anyone. In the end as a client I want to results and Jeff nolt only showed me results, he showed me results in my favor.

I had a very difficult bankruptcy and if I did not have Jeff Foster as my attorney, I would not have gotten my debts dismissed. He handled the complicated court system and a very hateful creditor. He kept in constant communication and translated all of the legal jargon. I highly recommend Jeff!!! He will help you through the process and make sure you are treated fairly by the courts.
