I used Lisa and wow! Her staff were kind, caring, responsive and sweet, just like she seems to be! My case was dismissed, she gave me a deal and was an all around good person. She is genuine and knowledgeable! I have used other attorneys in the past and had dissapointing results. I know now to stick with Lisa! She is a diamond in the rough! THANK YOU LISA! :)

I was pulled over and got a ticket for having no insurance and expired tabs (Nov. 2008). i went to court to contest the hearing, and was informed to get repersentation by the judge, because at the time i recived the citation my licsence was suspended. after doing some investagating i found that it was true i had an unpaid ticket from 2007. the DOL did not inform me of the circumstances. to make matters worse i was pulled over a sceond time for expired tabs. i had two citations for the same thing. (stupid i know). After that i was left with no choice i had to hire ($280.00) a lawyer. Lisa Donaldson. she was great i didn;t even go to court and she got both my ticket dismissed yes i did say both. she did the second one for FREE. Some poeple might say it's a lucky star, but i know the truth Lisa is a dame good lawyer. I will never use anyone else except her ever again. I paid $275 to Lisa Donaldson via TixNix / her website to fight an unfair speeding ticket on about Feb. 10, 2009. On Feb. 13, 2009 I informed her via phone that I do not wish to accept any deals that could be offered and I need to fight this. She sent me a letter dated the same date to meet her in front of the court house at 2:15 PM. I waited at 2:05 PM until 2:29 PM until I had only one minute left before I had to be in the court room. During the court, I was told she tried to make a failed deal and that I had the chance to call. I tried calling a few times with no luck and was given the ticket of $271 for speeding in a school zone. She called and apologized for not showing up and for trying to make a deal when she said she would not. This has caused me a lot of stress, could cause my insurance to increase, caused my OPS complaint against the officer to have little weight, and for me to have to pay the fine. I would have been better off hiring a better qualified rock than to hire Lisa

I thought I had no recourse when I received a ticket in E. Washington for driving over 20 in a school zone (I had gone one way before school got out and returned when it had so I did not notice the change). She offered to assist and using her expertise she was able to get my ticket completely excused. It was painless and easy and worth the effort for sure. Lisa knows what she is doing and takes the time to review all the options and possible outcomes. Seems as if she works really hard to keep up with things all over the state and not just in Seattle area.

I used this lawyer for a speeding ticket. I have no tickets on my record. They made a plea deal that was the same deal that I could have got if I called up the precutting attorney myself. The only problem is I paid 300 dollars for their services. It was a waste of money. My advice is to use someone else that would go the extra mile.

I've had Lisa represent me twice in the past two years (both times for speeding tixs). Both times she completely handled the situation. I didn't have to take time off of work to go to court or anything. And both times the tickets were dismissed.
Bottom line Lisa gets the job done. Excellent results.

I contacted Lisa after reading favorable reviews about her online. She was very organized, and seemed knowledgeable, I received my informational packet just a few days after sending her the check for her fee. I felt pretty confident about not attending court with her, but now wish I had been there. The fee for my speeding ticket was $274, since it was in a school zone (I was driving under the posted limit but did not notice the school zone sign). Lisa worked out a deal with the prosecutor that they would drop the speeding ticket, cite me for a seatbelt violation (even though I was wearing my seatbelt), and I would have to attend traffic school. The traffic school costs $175. The seatbelt ticket costs $101. I now owe $276 in fees, which added to the $275 lawyer fee doubles my cost for the ticket. Lisa says that the seatbelt violation is good because then it won't be reported to my insurance company, but I doubt my insurance would have added up to the fees I am now paying. I wasn't even given a phone call about the results of the hearing, just a letter. The most frustrating part for me is that she has described this as a favorable resolution, and I do not seem to have any recourse in the matter. It's a hard lesson to learn, and I wish I would have done more research and not hired a traffic lawyer.

Lisa was exceptionally effective and took charge of my case and kept me informed. She took care of all the details and took care of my traffic citation, trouble free. I whole heartedly reccommend this person. H

Fortunately, I do not get into scrapes with the Highway Patrol very often. However, recently I got a traffic violation that had a large fine. I strongly felt that it was unfair and unwarranted. Lisa was recommended by an old friend and I asked her to represent me in traffic court.
I found her very professional, knowledgeable, of very high integrity, and totally on top of the situation. We prevailed in the case and the traffic violation was waived.
I would most highly recommend her without reservation to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation. You will be in the best of hands.

Lisa was very professional. The moment I contacted her she told me what to do. From there on out she sent me a letter describing everything that I needed to do and what she will do. There was no gray area. From there on out she took care of my traffic ticket. Lisa ended up getting my speeding ticket dismissed so I would HIGHLY recommend her :) She's a very thorough and genuine person and I will most definately go to her if I get anymore tickets.
