Williams v. Bose Corporation, et al

Outcome: After a 7 day jury trial, defense verdict.

Description: Plaintiff Jerry Williams accused his former employer, Bose Corporation, of discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation and related claims. He alleged that his former manager had repeatedly and constantly subjected him to racially offensive jokes and comments while at work. All of Plainitff's claims, except his claim of hostile work environment, were dismissed on summary judgment. Following a 7 day jury trial, Ms. Moore was able to obtain a full defense verdict on the remaining claim.
