I am a father, husband and family man in addition to being a lawyer and entrepreneur and the founder of CHAE LAW PLLC.
I have been practicing law for over a decade and while my practice has been primarily in criminal law (as both a prosecutor and defense attorney), I have also practiced in diverse areas of practice ranging from personal injury to family law issues to business transaction and litigation issues to estate planning needs. The focus of my practice has shifted to personal injury law.
CHAE LAW PLLC is committed and dedicated to helping injured victims obtain the best possible financial recovery from the at-fault party or their respective insurance company. While compassionate for the victims, we vigorously and zealously pursue claims on behalf of persons injured by the negligent and wrongful conduct of others.
Our clients are always our top priority and we always want to reassure our clients we are there for them. We offer personal one-one-one attention and it is accomplished through constant and clear communication. It is important for our clients to be regularly informed and updated regarding their matters and it is important for our clients to know that we are taking the time to understand their issues and needs. Moreover, we recognize that there is not a one-size fits all solution to our clients' situation as everyone's circumstances, goals and needs are different.

I endorse this lawyer. I've known Henry since law school and he was a professional even back then. Henry has since distinguished himself as both a complete professional and a tenacious litigator. I've seen Henry in trial, and he's a force to be reckoned with. I wouldn't hesitate to refer and/or ask Henry for coverage (which means I trust him with my own clients - there's no higher compliment an attorney can give).

It was great to see Henry come from his work as a prosecutor to join the defense bar. It's wonderful to see him use that energy and passion in defense of his clients now. He regularly consults with experts in the field of breath testing, and has put that knowledge and insight to great use in the courtroom. He puts up an excellent fight on behalf of his clients, and treats them with dignity and care. I endorse his work!
