After an unsuccessful E2 demand made by a “major Immigration lawyer firm”, we got the reference of Maria J. Marty.
From the first discussion up to the 100% successful E2 result, the entire process was a great experience. All discussions were always clear, easy to understand, we always had fast and good answers and this, always with a lot of empathy, a quality that is very rare and found only with the best lawyers. Through the path of this work, we got the feeling that Maria and her colleagues have a much larger experience than the previous “major” immigration firm that we dealt with.
We did this work over phone and email, without any face to face meeting, but thanks to the quality of the exchanges, we feel at the end, that we know each other pretty well. We would highly recommend working with Maria.
Maria was an excellent choice for us in handling our Green Card immigration case. She is very professional and caring at the sane time. She handled all our detailed questions and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The entire process took less than 5 months. I would definitely recommend Maria to anyone needing a knowledgeable immigration lawyer for a fair rate.
Maria was referred to me by an old school friend. I was impressed with Maria from the first time we spoke. I was looking for someone that would help me get a sporting visa to live and work in the USA. I felt as if I was Maria's only client such was her service level. Maria is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated and approachable. My Visa was approved within 9 months from the first time we spoke. Maria got all the evidence and documentation making sure the she had covered all the requirements. I would honestly refer Maria any day of the week.
In 2007, Maria supported me skillfully in preparing my green-card application. She immediately spotted where I had missed to submit sufficient evidence and was such able to provide me with a smooth process with the USCIS. She worked efficiently while being warm and present.
This year (2013) I applied for a "Re-entry permit" for resident aliens and explored a dual citizen-ship option. Within an hour of our initial phone call, she had connected me with sources to all the information I needed. When the biometrics appointment was scheduled AFTER my departure to Europe she calmly helped me identify my priorities (maintenance of green card status) and supported me successfully throughout the stressful process. Through her support I was able to get my biometrics taken immediately and prior to my departure, which was a huge relief.
I know Maria to be responsive, on the ball, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Maria to anybody seeking support and clarity in the immigration process maze.
Maria has helped me deal with immigration matters, E-visas, for the past 15 years. Her advice has always been spot on. She is always helpful and responsive, and clearly knows her stuff. I would recommend her in a heart beat.
Synchronicity lead me to Maria J Marty (MJ). I have been in contact with other immigration lawyers before, but every time it felt like pulling teeth. Immediately, MJ responded to me and my situation with interest and a clear and engaging suggestion for how I could proceed. I resonated strongly with MJ's suggestion, and needless to say I hired her on the spot! Our collaboration - it is a collaboration - has been fun, lots of fun. Never, although intense at times, have I felt overwhelmed or lost. MJ has been there to guide me with a steady hand, offering her considerable experience. The work she put in to get my application into a finished product is outstanding. MJ is very open, positive, and receptive to her clients needs. It has been a true joy working with her and I am eternally grateful for her support!!
