Description:Client was a 50 year old married citizen. He was accused of molesting a 6th grade girl and was brought to trial on 3 counts of Child Molestation. Witnesses testifying against him in court were two police officers, the girl herself, the girl's mother, and a friend of the girl who the girl had told about the supposed molestation. After 4.5 hours of deliberations, the jury voted Not Guilty on all 3 counts. After the trial they revealed that it was never close, they were with the defense all the way.
