Description: Defendants sold a large tract of property to plaintiffs. Following the sale, plaintiffs sued defendants for breach of statutory warranty deed, fraud, conspiracy, express and implied easements, and ejectment. Following a lengthy trial, the judge dismissed all of plaintiff's claims and awarded defendants all of their attorney fees and costs incurred in defending the case.
