I am an attorney and litigator, licensed in Oregon and Washington, in Portland Oregon and a partner in a boutique firm. I practice chiefly in the area of insurance coverage litigation on the policyholder side, representing businesses and individuals in disputes with insurance companies. My experience includes first-party property claims, bad faith claims, Directors & Officers coverage disputes and Employment Practices Liability claims. I have tried cases in federal and state courts and handle appeals as well. I also litigate business disputes of many types. Prior to entering private practice I was law clerk to a federal trial judge in the Eastern District of Washington.
