An excellent attorney. I have worked with Ms. Merritt for many years. We often opposed each other and often worked together during her tenure as a Sacramento Child Advocate attorney. She eventually became acting Executive Director of that agency and currently manages her own successful practice. She is a strong advocate for her clients and is always fiercely prepared in her legal arguments.
