Monica Gets It Really Fast!

I have asked Monica to help me with three different situations and she was outstanding each time. Twice the issues were with my friends and they continue to thank me for recommending her. One time I needed her for something that happened at my son's school. She was right on in her analysis of the... situation and saved me a lot of money in the process.

Fantastic Lawyer

Best lawyer I have ever had. Would recommend her to anybody that needs a lawyer. She knows what she is talking about and listens to what her clients say. If you get into any trouble give Monica a call and you will never regret it.

Excellent rating all-around!

After having been involved in a severe and traumatic car accident, Monica Lynch Reeves made sure that I was aware of all of my legal options. She advised me and kept me constantly updated on the status of my case. I felt well-informed at all times, and I felt like I had someone on my team who genuine...ly cared about ME, and not just the outcome of my case. I can't express how much she helped me.

Wrongly charged teen, saved by Monica Lynch

Monica Lynch is not only a amazing attorney with a ruthless passion for the truth but, a warmhearted loving soul as well. My nephew was in trouble; I was new to the area and didn’t know a soul other than the police department, the DA and the families of the other kids in this case who all turned on... each other. Finally I was referred to Monica by a neighbor who told me ‘if anyone can save this kid, Monica can’. My nephew was a ‘true’ victim of circumstance in a vicious hate crime. He was arrested, held without bail, and while he was only 16 he would be tried as an adult. When his friends turned on him to lessen their own sentences, I knew his chances of innocence were through; the cards were stacked against him. Not to mention, the color of his skin was much darker than his lifelong friends who recently discovered enjoyment and power of harassing those less fortunate. After meeting with Monica, she gave us hope, she took our case and persevered. She treated this case and my nephew as if he was her own flesh and blood, she never let up. He was acquitted, no record, and is now working at a law firm, going to college full time and has a new group of friends. All of which we were told was an impossible thought.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I represented a plaintiff in a personal injury action where Ms. Lynch represented the defendant. She was very aggressive and had the experience to both challenge my case where appropriate and counsel her client effectively during settlement. She is highly respected amongst peers and I have heard at least one very experienced Judge praise her work. She is a good choice if facing criminal charges or involved in a personal injury action."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. I have had the opportunity to refer several potential clients to Ms. Reeves over the years. I have always received very positive feedback. Monica is, by reputation, an extremely well spoken and aggressive defender of those needing criminal representation. She is very much attuned to the needs of her clients and can be trusted in even the most sensitive situations. She is at the very top of my list when I am asked for criminal defense referrals. I have lived and practiced law in the Sacramento/Placer/Eldorado counties for the last 25 years. I give Monica my highest mark."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
