Outcome: They finished their plan and kept their home.

Description: The people came to me with the problem that their home was about to be foreclosed because they were many months behind on their mortgage. However, they had just gotten new jobs and would be able to make up the back amounts if just given time to do so. I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy for them, giving them 5 years under the protection of the court to make up those payments, interest free.
