I found Hasan on the internet looking for an immigration lawyer around the bay area. I had some "bad" experience with a previous lawyer that was more expensive (they handle immigration for large internet companies) and was not responsive to a smaller company (we're a startup).
I gave Hasan an H1B visa to start our relation. How surprised was I when we got it approved the first time around. (The same case was not approved with the previous lawyer. Immigration requested more docs).
I gave him another visa for one of our canadian recruit. Once again, top service.
I then asked him to file an E2 visa for me. Perfect service and of course, accepted the first tiime around. No additional docs requested from the consulate.

I went to Mr. Hasan Abdullah, seeking his expertise for my request for evidence (RFE) on I140 - EB1 petition. I really appreciate his professionalism as he took my case from inbetween, as I filled my case myself initially. He decided to took my case, knowing he needs to went through my documents (a very bulky one) and that too in scientific field, within a very short period of time and to come up with a strong reply for the RFE is very challenging task, and for that I am really glad. The RFE was a difficult one, as under EB1 category you need to submit substantial evidences to proof you are in one of the top 5% in the field of expertise. Although I have provided such evidences initially but was not professional enough for the USCIS and they questioned me critically in the RFE. Hasan was really good in pin pointing the supporting documents I need to arrange for making the case strong. I am really pleased about his service as he really went through my case in-depth reading all my work and finally preparing a very strong cover letter, that actually helped me in getting a favorable decision.

The USCIS rejected my application form 1-360 for Religious worker visa after they had initially approved the 1485. I appealed the decission and was refused by the Board of Appeals.
I decided to make a fresh application and then find Hassan Abdullah Law firm through the internent. He handled all the procedures from the begining. The sfaff appointed for the case was very thorough and she handled the process effeciently and very effective. They were very professional and always personally available thougout the period of the case. They dealt with the Notice of Intention to deny (NOID) timely and effectively. The petition has now been approved within one year.

I've Hired Hassan for the past 2 years, I was the victim of a crime. after a year of the incident a friend imformed me that I could qualify for a visa. so I researched online about my case. contacted some lawyers and asked about their rates, the best rate I found was Hassan. Before we had approached Hasan, my sponsor sought another Law firm that tried to assist in my H1B process. I was denied an H1B visa because my initial immigration lawyer failed in providing a suitable job title that matched my qualifications and education. Stressed with the fact that my grace period was about to end for my OPT, I sought the help of Hasan thanks to a recommendation from a friend. I worked with Hasan when he handled my case for a NIW EB-2 petition for a "green card". NIWs are typically quite hard to get and have a high bar for being accepted. Hasan was very diligent in preparing the documents and did a great job of explaining the steps involved. Hasan has been a shinny day after a storm of catastrophic lawyers that I had been recommended by friends. I found his firm through a forum link recommending his firm for EB-2 NIW and outstanding Avvo ratings.

I was not disappointed. My situation is I entered the US on a B-1 and the (confused) CBP granted only 30 days vs 6 months requested, and a "No Extension of Status" bonus on my I-94. I initially approached Hasan to consider a delicate change of status to EB-2 NIW. He responded in a very timely fashion and after meeting, rightfully evaluated that it was not a possible path. But Hasan later outlined that he could do an extension of status in spite of the "No EOS" mark on my I-94.

He guided me through filling the case diligently, and took great care in the file and did not let aside any details, to the contrary of other lawyers I have dealt with in the past.

Against odds and the opinion of my previous lawyer, the extension was approved.

Hasan processed my EB1C I-140 petition and he got it approved with out any RFE. My case was complicated as I came to the US in L1B , so the chances of getting a EB1C was going to be difficult. Hasan requested for lot of supporting documents and this helped. Thanks to him, i have my I140 approved under EB1C category. He is now processing my I485.

Hasan Abdullah has been my immigration lawyer since last 2-2.5 years. Cases he handled were:

a) H-1 transfer from a hoax/corrupt body shopping company to other great company for which I am working since 2.5 years now.
b) Application of Green Card - LCA and I-140. In future he will be also taking care of my 485 application.

I'm writing here because my lawyer "Hasan Abdullah" made it possible for me to write a review here. I filled VAWA Petition and Adjustment of Status through him in Jan.2009 which is recently approved and I got the Permanent Residence of US, This thing change my Life and my secure my future.I never forget that there was a time i am so hopeless about my future and about my life.I was unlucky a person who came to US to get married here and after getting married all my dreams get shattered just in 5 month period as my husband and his family start abusing me, that's really a hard time of my whole life, i never forget that, after 5 months hardship I left my husband because its intolerable for me to stay with him. I have dealt with many lawyers before and none has impressed me like Hasan. I am one of those I.T. geeks who has a full-time H1B visa from one company and needed a part-time visa in order to work for a different company. The first lawyer I contacted was very unhelpful. The legal profession is not my domain and it is always very helpful if you have someone who can guide you through the legal maze.
