I did not think that I would ever get back in the system until I met Mr. Lively. My FTB and IRS matter were handled by Mr. Lively at the same time and now I have my life back. I cannot tell you the weight that this has lifted off my shoulders. Thank-you, Thank-you.

I have used several tax lawyers in the past and Mr. Lively is by far the most compassionate and understanding. He took the time to review and understand my problem and then recommended a course of action that was both practical and coat effective. Mr. Lively took on Chase bank for me in a litigation matter and was able to beat the banks claim that I owed them money. I was able to enter into a settlement with the bank whereby I owed no money. This was an awesome and unexpected result.

Dan portrayed himself as an expert in negotiating short sales, he had our file for 6 months and never once contacted the bank or did any work on the file. I finally contacted the bank on my own and found out that even after we had an offer on the property he still didn't submit the request for a short payoff. Now we're facing a trustee sale.

Dan is the man when you need help with the IRS. He prepared and won an offer in compromise with the IRS for me. He realized that I was in an unfortunate, but advantageous situation, and felt we had a good chance given the IRS guidelines. He was right! The hard part was the waiting. Sometimes Dan is hard to get a hold of, but his responses and calls are thorough, calming, knowledgable and friendly! Thank you again Dan!!

Mr. Lively's services were engaged for representation on an income tax audit which is currently ongoing. Mr. Lively's knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and his ability to apply the tax laws to the facts and circumstances in this particular tax case has proven to be most beneficial.
