Hass is a business attorney with dispute resolution expertise and a people focus, who serves as Negotiation Counsel to facilitate negotiations among partners forming a new business, as well as providing pre-litigation solutions to business legal disputes.
As a Negotiation Counsel, I provide business owners pre-litigated negotiations to high-stakes legal disputes, saving business deals from interpersonal ownership problems and providing effective alternatives to the Courts and litigation.
I also work with founding business partners by issue spotting "people problems" that are or will become legal matters, then organizing a proactive legal plan to manage future interpersonal conflicts and legal risks to growing their business.
My goal is to harness the legal system, bringing clarity to the business relationships and solving business ownership disputes, ultimately avoiding the courtrooms and managing legal costs.
My office can work with other trusted advisors, including CPA’s, financial advisors, business brokers, commercial insurance brokers, and business coaches. My office serves as legal advisor on team projects to handle legal barriers and risks associated with doing a business deal.
My office also can Co-Counsel with other attorneys for negotiation strategy, client management, mediation preparation, and dealing with strong personalities.
