I am a sole practitioner dedicated to providing excellent legal service to clients in San Diego and southern California. I started my career in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps representing sailors in a variety of capacities. I started private practice in Los Angeles, California working for a large firm. I later moved my business to San Diego where I have been ever since.
My practice is primarily devoted to representing employees in wage and hour, whistle-blowing, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment disputes in the state of California. I also practice landlord-tenant law representing landlord or tenants in eviction matters. I also provide family law (dissolution, spousal support, child custody, child support, etc.) services to mostly current or former military service members. The remainder of my practice is devoted general personal injury, civil rights, probate administration, collections matters representing injured people in automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, and wrongful death actions.
I love what I do. Please call me 24/7 at 619-886-7224 for your free 30 minute consultation or send me an email to email@example.com. I prefer talking on the telephone.

Are you an attorney? Endorse this lawyer
I have worked with Tom on a number of occasions and find he is bright, quick thinking and always two steps ahead of the opposing party. Tom can be very serious and intense and his mannerisms reflect this. But he gets results, and that is what you hire an attorney to do. I highly recommend him for your case.
Joshua Mackenroth Personal Injury Attorney

I fully endorse Tom. He is knowledgeable on employment law matters, and always willing to help other attorneys. He attends numerous wage and hour seminars to assure he is on top of the latest developments in his field of law.
