Mr. Woodall graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1995. After graduating from law school, Mr. Woodall served in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney where he successfully represented clients during a significant number of jury and bench trials involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment and other issues.
The decade prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Woodall was Senior Counsel and Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, one of the largest law firms in the country. As an attorney in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, Mr. Woodall obtained excellent results for his clients in all aspects of labor and employment law during settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and jury trials.
