  • I recommend Steven Coopersmith.
  • I hired Steven more than 3 years ago.
  • Steven handled my Landlord / Tenant matter.
  • I have previously worked with 1-2 lawyers.

As a frustrated tenant, I had the good fortune of discovering The Coopersmith Law Firm. I brought Steve Coopersmith many emotions about my dispute with an unreasonable and condensing landlord as well as layman presumptions about what could be done legally. Steve very quickly absorbed mounds of information, assessed my situation, and knew I had cause. He also tempered my expectations, which garnered my immediate respect and full confidence. Steve showed a vast knowledge of tenant-landlord law, an impressive ability to critically think, and articulated a decisive direction with the end in mind – which was not court. In the end, Steve and his Firm showed a keen ability to argue my side as well as aggressively negotiate a favorable settlement – and he did it very quickly. Perhaps most importantly, even with a heavy caseload, Steve, from the very first day, made me feel like my dispute was a priority and that the entire firm was dedicated to resolving it. The Firm’s response time was consistently impressive. I would also like to thank Alanna Whittington, who masterfully handled my landlord during my post-move out inspection.

  • I recommend Steven Coopersmith.
  • I hired Steven more than 3 years ago.
  • Steven handled my Financial Markets And Services matter.
  • I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

Steve Coopersmith is an attorney who not knows the law but understands risk management. His attention to detail and tenacity while facing my opponent's counsel was phenomenal. I was very nervous going into my case but after seeing Steve in action I seriously didn't think of it again. He's tough and really knows how to defend you. My grandfather always said, "if you want to fight a giant, you need to be a giant". Well Steve is a giant; I knew at the end of this, whatever the details of my negotiations, that I was well represented. I can't say enough about him. I highly recommend him and I know you will be in good hands with him in your corner. If you're reading this and you're up against him- well- good luck.
