Anna Romanskaya

About me

Anna Romanskaya is a Partner with Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP, where she represents clients in all aspects of family law, including dissolution, child custody, child and spousal support, property division and post judgment issues. She counsels and represents clients in civil matters, drafts law and motions and appears in court. Anna has extensive experience in crisis intervention and victim advocacy.

Anna is an activist and avid public speaker on victim advocacy, domestic violence and youth issues. Her passion is public service and her professional affiliations include membership in the American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Lawyers Club, and serving as a mentor and alumni adviser to several student organizations at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Anna has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in San Diego in 2012 by the San Diego Metro Magazine as well as one of the Top Young Attorneys of 2008 by the San Diego Daily Transcript.

Anna is a Past President of the San Diego County Bar Association’s New Lawyer Division and is the 2010 recipient of the San Diego County Bar Association’s distinguished Service Award for her contribution to continuing legal education for the legal community.  She currently serves on the board of Lawyers Club, an organization that advocated for the advancement of women in the profession, and on the development committee of Center for Community Solutions, a non profit that services victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Anna is also extensively involved in both the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) and the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association. Anna was a TIPS NOW! Fellow of the TIPS Section in 2010-2011. Anna is a part of the senior leadership team of the YLD and serve as YLD's Director of the Affiliate Assistance Team.

Anna is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Political Science and Law and Society and received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
