Description: Decedent's Trustee hired me to file a Petition to gain access to the decedent's safety deposit box. The family was unable to locate the key to the safety deposit box and the decedent failed to update that the Trustee was to have access to the box. Placing the box in Trust title and giving the Successor Trustee a spare key to the safety deposit box could have avoided this action.
