We LOVE George Constant and his consistent desire to make sure we understand exactly what is happening with regards to our estate planning/special needs trust planning. His calm and laid-back demeanor -- sprinkled with some good jokes -- made our planning sessions with him a breeze. George is more than willing to explain everything until we understand exactly what is going on. He's very concise in his explanations, and he's also extremely thorough. George also empathized with our specific issue, which is planning for the future of a child with special needs. He has a very professional office staff, too. We always enjoyed our planning sessions with George and look forward to any future meetings we might have.

Good estate planning experience

George helped me and my husband create our wills, trusts, and other important documents like POA and healthcare proxies. It was a smooth and organized process, and he clearly explained everything without jargon. He took the time to get to know us and what is important to us in terms of values and what we were trying to achieve with our estate plan. We also liked that he offers electronic services like the ability to exchange documents securely and store important files in a client vault. We even have cards for our wallets so that our important documents could be accessed in the event of an emergency. Beyond all that, he's got a sense of humor and seems to really love what he does. He's definitely highly experienced, and it shows. I could tell he cares about what the process feels like for his clients and acknowledges the parts that can be challenging. He even helped us through the practical work around how to retitle assets, which made our plan truly actionable. It's a good feeling knowing you've made a plan and put it into motion.

He is a frequently requested lecturer for private industry, community groups and charitable organizations, and has been featured as an estate planning expert on financial radio programs.

George holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Skidmore College, where years later he proudly served as a Director on the Alumni Board. Prior to starting his own practice, George was associated with a downtown Boston Trusts & Estates firm, where he represented high-net-worth families and their businesses. George has also served as a consultant to both local and internationally renowned charitable organizations seeking to advance their missions through charitable gift planning.

Excellent Estate Attorney

Attorney Constant recently worked with my father on his estate planning and establishing a trust, very specific to his needs and goals. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, as well as personable and patient as he educated both myself and my elderly father in all the details of the plan. Even after the final signing of the documents, he followed through on everything he promised in helping to execute all the changes we needed to make, and he continues to be very responsive in answering my many questions. I would highly recommend George Constant to anyone interested in setting up an estate plan.

George Constant is A GREAT estate attorney!

George Constant designed and executed an excellent trust plan for my parents. When we began, they had no knowledge of the necessary documents, procedures and legalities involved in such an undertaking. But George thoroughly explained the strategy, benefits and order of operations, which really set them at ease. He then shepherded them through the entire process, and now my parents are properly positioned to hand down their estate legacy the way THEY want to, not the way the government would otherwise dictate without proper trusts in place. I am very grateful to George for his deep care and passion for his work. I know I did the right thing for my parents by putting them in George’s expert hands. I highly recommend George Constant!

George Constant is an excellent choice, the only choice you should make

My husband and I went to George Constant to help us understand and create the best plan for our estate. We were amazed at the time that George took to help us understand what decisions had what outcomes. George spent time asking questions, and explained our options. I felt assured not only that we went to the right estate attorney, but that our family was taken care of. This was important to our family, and I cant thank George Constant enough. We don't have to worry; our daughters will be taken care of in the event something happens. Estate planning was something we meant to do for a long time. I would highly recommend George Constant.

Discrete, Competent and Innovative Estate Planning

I am in the midst of updating our estate plan, and George Constant is doing a thorough, professional and creative job for us. Not only does he plan for the obvious and not so obvious well, but he offers new things I haven't seen in estate planning like medical cards that you keep in your wallet with all the relevant information and permissions, as well as a way to keep all your electronic accounts and passwords in one place protected for your spouse in case you die unexpectedly. We're not talking about staid planning. With George you get a partner you can rely on to create and update a plan as you pass from one chapter of life to another.

Client

An urgent family matter was handled expediously by Attorney Constant. He evaluated our family needs quickly, professionally and had a plan in place within a time frame many other law offices may not have been able to accommodate. We were very impressed with George's level of professionalism.
