Outcome: Successfully Defended Client

Description: Successfully defended my client in a case where the opposing party was attempting to change a 50/50 child custody parenting plan. The opposing party made a number of allegations concerning my client including allegations of child abuse. The case involved a child custody evaluation. I was successful in defending my client and refuting all of the allegations advanced by the opposing party and my client maintained the 50/50 joint custody parenting plan.
