Description: Elderly woman was defrauded of her house title, bank accounts, and insurance annuties; we fought Freddie Mac before doing so was socially acceptable. Keeping Cheatham's Bad Loan on their books gave Freddie Mac an 'asset', when their Guidelines said they could (and should have) kicked it back upstairs to the Assignee, to be replaced by a Good Loan. This case began as a Conservatorship (GP003231)and civil case (GC012435) and after her death included a probate case (GP 005479). This case involved 5 appeals: B094352 (insurance company for return of annuity), B096337 (bank for return of funds), B108023 (Cheatham appealed our $151,921.62 Fraud Surcharge Order against him), B111206 (Freddie Mac #1),, B129660 (Freddie Mac #2).
