Were you to ask me one question about my filing for bankruptcy, it should be: Knowing what you know now, if you had to do it all over again, would you hire the same attorney to represent you?

The short answer is yes, and the attorney I hired was Sanaz Bereliani.

Prior to hiring a bankruptcy attorney to represent me, I talked to and evaluated five attorneys. Of the five, Sanaz stood out for her thoroughness, her knowledge of bankruptcy law and the process, and her willingness to answer my questions (and there were quite a few). With regard to the questions I had, the other four attorneys were fairly quick to let me know that “We can address your questions once you have paid my retainer;” Sanaz did not. She took the time to answer all of my questions, with her focus being on making sure that I was both well-informed and comfortable with her and the process.

The bankruptcy proceeded like clockwork, with Sanaz keeping me informed as to what was going to happen and when. There were no surprises and within four months the bankruptcy was finalized. While going through this process can be challenging, having Sanaz at the helm made all the difference in the world.

Sanaz is the best! We were previously in a Chapter 13 / 5 year plan of which we had completed 2.5yrs of payments. Then I lost my job. Sanaz was genuinely interested and took her time to clearly answer each question and explain the process. No rushing to get me in and out and no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics.
