Outcome: Acquittal on all serious robbery charges

Description: Three Strikes 19 Count Robbery Gang Trial (9 defendant case, 6 counts against client) with a gang informant testifying implicating our client and client's car allegedly caught on videotape at the scene of one of the robberies: Successfully severed client's case (only defendant who had his matter successfully severed by order of the court), acquitted of all robbery charges against him, convicted of only one accessory after the fact case (a wobbler charge), and case successfully removed from the three strikes range.
