I can only speak in superlatives when it comes to hiring this attorney. So what do we know about attorneys? They are expensive, care about the number of billable hours, available at their convenience and relatively low transparency. I am here to attest that these commonalities that have over-shadowed... the legal industry go out the window when you retain the services of Mr. Pastwick. He made himself available to me, provided up-to-date information regarding my case, offered helpful insights, and helped me navigate through the hurdles in my case. He never once was looking to bill me for every email I sent out (unlike other attorneys) and his main goal was always to help me. I have read it on another forum where one person stated this about him "They don't make attorneys like him anymore" and this gentleman couldn't have been more true. A great person with a conscience and someone you can rely on. Oh, and all that for a very reasonable price. Please tell me if you could possibly ask for more at times like these?!

This guy does it all! He answers the phone, gets you paperwork within 24 hours. Listens to your blab patiently, priced reasonably for his time and I gotta say I am glad we found him. Looked over a basic realestate deal told us what to add, then he wrote up some paperwork we needed for a family matt...er. We love this guy! He gives attorneys a good name no BS, just brass tacks works for you and you pay him and your done no dragging things on forever. 5 plus stars.

When I contacted Attorney Pastwick, in desperation, he was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. My mother was evicted from her mobile home park in Vegas and did not tell me until it was too late. She is elderly and disabled. I live in California and was frantic trying to get her help. Other... attorneys I called wouldn't give me the time of day. When I called Mr. Pastwick, he listened and I mean, actually listened. He discussed what he could do and was up front and honest that a positive outcome was not guaranteed. I was actually able to sleep that night after talking to him. The case is still pending at this time but, regardless of what happens, I know Mr. Pastwick did the best he could with the situation my mom got herself into. You don't find many attorneys like this one.

Not like your average attorney, this professional guided me through all my legal options he advised me on key movements in regards to my situation. Mr Pastwick gave me great advice for situations where I was uneducated, and I NEVER EVEN PAID HIM!! He was willing to help me with legal advise to ensur...e I was protected, he was honest and admitted I didnt need his services and helped me with my situation anyways. great honest guy!
