Alex De Castroverde is a prominent Las Vegas personal injury lawyer and co-owner of De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers alongside his brother, Orlando.
They have a remarkable family journey rooted in their father, Waldo De Castroverde.
Waldo's life evolved from being a paratrooper in the Bay of Pigs invasion in Havana, Cuba, to eventually settling in Reno with his family in 1978. His extraordinary dedication drove him to attend law school while working as a blackjack dealer, becoming one of Nevada's pioneering attorneys representing the Hispanic community.
Alex's journey to becoming a Las Vegas personal injury attorney is marked by his commitment to education and community involvement. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1995 from the University of Nevada, Reno, and later obtained his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1999.
In 2005, De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers was established as a branch of the Law Office of Waldo De Castroverde. Alex's instrumental role in its growth saw it evolve from three attorneys to over 20 attorneys with a dedicated team of more than 100 employees.
With offices across Nevada and expansion plans, the firm focuses on personal injury cases, helping individuals injured in various scenarios such as motorcycle accidents, slips and falls, and car accidents.
Beyond his legal career, Alex actively contributes to the Southern Nevada community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Cristo Rey St. Viator Las Vegas College Preparatory, the Kenny Guinn Center for Policy Priorities, and the Advisory Council for the Nevada Independent. Additionally, he is a committee member for the Las Vegas Bowl Committee.
