I called Ms. Goldman for help after my sister had been denied SSI Disability. Jami looked at her records and took her case. I liked her as soon as I met her. She assured us that my sister met the criteria for disability and that she would help us and go to court if necessary. Jami made me feel at ease by saying she only took cases felt she could win. She was responsive and attentive to all of our concerns and she was right. My sister was awarded disability with Jami's help in six months after we first talked with her. I recommend her highly.

I contacted Ms. Goldman for advice pertaining to qualifying for a social security disability claim that had already been submitted. I was anxious about the process and not sure if there was anything else I needed to make my claim go through as smoothly as possible. Jami met with me and reviewed my history and MRI. She was confident that my medical evidence was solid and provided me with moral support and information that helped to ease my concerns. She relayed she was ready to jump in and fight for me at any time. My interactions with Jami demonstrated that she was willing to fight and fight hard for those who have severe medical conditions, who have worked hard contributing to the system, and can now no longer work and require assistance. My claim went through without hiring Ms. Goldman, but I was ready in a heartbeat to secure her assistance if needed. I will certainly consider her in the future if needed. She offered her honest appraisal of my situation and followed up with me, without getting anything in return except for this sincere thank you. Thank you Jami!

Her advice and consultation were very effective in helping me deal with an extremely difficult landlord. Her knowledge of tenant rights helped me prevail in court.

Jami Goldman is a gem in the ruff, Back in February 2015 I presented my case and in May 2015 I was granted my Social Security Disability! With both our indulgence we won! Jami is impressive in her knowledge of law but she is a down to earth attorney as well! It was a honor and pleasure to work on this case with you! I will look your way if I need your service again and I will surely recommend you as well! Keep up the excellent work Jami! You are the best!

Jami helped a family member with a SSI disability claim. She was very professional and easy to work with, helpful in preparation. Would highly recommend.

Prior to my initial encounter with Jami I was feeling a little discouraged about pursuing my daughter's SSI Disability case. I had just received denial of my reconsideration appeal. When I met Attorney Goldman she did inform me that typically she doesn't provide representation for Child SSI cases; these cases are very painstaking and difficult to win. She informed me that after a review of my medical evidence she would be able to give me a definitive answer as to acceptance of my case. After receiving repeat denials from Social Security, I finally received some positive news! Jami came bearing good news, she agreed to represent my daughter! In particular, there was a note that my daughter had written that described her pessimistic view of life and how much she hated herself; Jami showed great empathy and felt compelled to help and represent her. Jami is very thorough and she preps herself well for "the big day" by developing sound evidence. Thanks for Avvo-rated profiles!!!!

I'm a lawyer at a large law firm in Los Angeles, but I have no experience dealing with disability and social security claims. I found Jami via Avvo and recommended her to my father in Arizona, and she did a phenomenal job handling his disability claim. Highly responsive, tenacious, and was even willing to meet my dad (who doesn't like to travel far due to health issues) close to home. If my firm had a disability practice, I'd be recruiting Jami rather than writing this review. She's great.

In my extensive experience with attorney's I have rarely found one that is a good listener.Your training teaches you to give direction and advice. However with Ms Goldman that was not the case. She did listen to all my extensive tales of woe with the Federal Government not acknowledging my levels of disability and my real inability to rejoin the workforce.I told her i could not come to her office downtown ,so she met me 15 minutes from my home at the local Starbucks. Ms Goldman made no promises other than after reviewing my denials, that she would take my case. She kept me informed of deadlines, she was detailed in the documentation that she would require, and she kept me adequately involved throughout the process. She was truly my partner in this disagreement with the Government and not my superior. This experience with Ms Goldman has rekindled my faith in the legal profession. And i share my experience with all of my peers facing similar circumstances.I could not have received better treatment from my own son, who is also an attorney.Oh and by the way...... she WON the case.
