6 years ago I was in an accident at 6 am in the morning, sideswiped by a truck without any lights on. I had three cocktails the night before and was cited for a dui. 5/12 years after the original ticket the case was dismissed, only to be refiled 4 months later. Trent was referred to me and he has done fantastic work, ultimately resulting in the dismissal of the case on many procedural issues. He only had the case for 3 months but he and his assistant were awesome. I would highly recommend him as he helped me find justice. Thank you.
I am very fortunate to be writing this review about Trent Buckallew. In 1992 I was 19 years old, and in Spring Training in Tempe, AZ. for the Seattle Mariners. I was stopped one night and arrested for an alleged DUI. It is 2013, and I had to face these charges from Massachusetts. I searched all over for an AZ. lawyer, and I was not physically, nor emotionally secure with any of the lawyers I spoke with, until Trent. This man had me feeling confident within a matter of minutes. His knowledge on the topic was amazing. I say with the utmost confidence; that his knowledge, and persistence were "hard charging". I served in the Marine Corps, and having someone as special as Trent fighting for your rights, is simply put...HOPE! Thank you Trent, my family and I are extremely happy that we met.
Mr. Buckallew represented me last year and did a great job. I was looking at 2 counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon 1 count disorderly conduct and leaving the scene of an accident. My first plea was for 3 1/2 years in prison and my public defender was not going to help me at all. So I picked up the phone and had about 12 consultations and the way Mr. Buckallew wanted to handle my case and the way he presented himself blew every other lawyer out of the water. So I hired him to represent me. My case went on for 2 to 3 months and I was never in the dark about what was going on and feel I got the best defense there is. I ended up getting 6 months in county jail and standard probation. Mr. Buckallew did everything he said he was going to do and I could see he actually cares about the well being of his clients. I felt like a horrible person after talking to some of the other lawyers and Mr. Buckallew never made me feel that way. So I just wanted to thank Mr. Buckallew and I would recommend him on any criminal case. He is a great lawyer and good person. Thanks.
We hired Trent Buckallew to represent our son following a second MIP ticket he received while in college. Mr. Buckallew kept us informed throughout all proceedings and helped us receive the satisfactory outcome of dropped charges in exchange for taking an alcohol awareness class. He was personable, knowledgeable and treated our small case with care and compassion. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of representation.
I hired Mr. Buckallew to work with an out-of-state attorney in a criminal case that resulted in the loss of my driver's licence. The case was a very unusual one at best and the out-of-state attorney was not professional nor knowledgeable. Mr. Buckallew went above and beyond in both state's statutes to resolve the miscommunication and have my license renewed. He was concerned and was in constant communication with us as to the status of the case. I can recommend Mr. Buckallew with no reservation and will gladly use him if I ever have the need for an attorney in the future.
trent handled cases for me on two different occasions involving tickets for seat belt violations in commercial vehicles. very happy with results. all charges dismissed. one case in flagstaff and one case in gilbert court.
I hired Mr. Buckallew to represent my son on two occasions, a Domestic Violence case out of Apache Junction which was solved to my satisfaction. The second case was a felony domestic violence dangerous weapon which was reduced to a class 1 misdemearnor with 18 months probation. I mentioned that it was a good thing his name started with a B as he was the first attorney I called, turned out to be the best call I made.
